February 13 2014 – Microsoft released the update to Windows 8 about 4 months ago now and we want to know what you think of Windows 8.1 and the overall experience. This Windows 8.1 poll is just to satisfy my curiosity about what users think about it. With the traditional desktop mode people are used to still being hidden away behind the touch friendly Metro user interface, Microsoft stuck to its guns despite public outcry to get back the start button and traditional desktop. This of course is an attempt to make an impact on the phone and tablet market which Apple and most recently Google have found success in. Rumours on the net suggest that an update to 8.1 is only a month or two away with a possible option to boot to desktop.
Without any further commentary please vote and let us know what you think.
Windows 8.1 already includes an option to boot to desktop. Update 1 might make this option the default if you don’t have a touch screen.
Windows 8.1 are great but i like windows 7 much better.
