July 16 2013 – We ran into a hidden gem of a concert venue earlier this year and want to make sure all our readers know about it. Safari Niagara has an incredible open air grass amphitheater with a huge stage and an excellent sound system. We caught the season opening performance from our good friends of Comfortably Numb – Canada’s Pink Floyd Show (which we reviewed here). On Saturday August 24 Great Big Sea will be performing at Safari Niagara as part of the 2013 Summer Concert Series finale. If you missed them July 13th at the Molson Amphitheatre in Toronto, this is another chance to catch them live!
