March 27 2014 – Well, we knew Christine McVie rejoined Fleetwood Mac, and we also knew the full band would tour this year. Today we find out details and Toronto will get a blast of Fleetwood Mac on Saturday October 18 2014! The last two times I saw the band were from front row center in Newark in 2013 and at a private small party in Las Vegas in 2014 – so one could say I REALLY dig Fleetwood Mac! It’s official! After a 16-year absence, Christine McVie will be re-joining Fleetwood Mac band mates Mick Fleetwood, John McVie, Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks as they launch the On With The Show tour. The tour will kick off on Tuesday, Sept. 30 in Minneapolis, Minn. and the reunited band will perform 34 shows in 33 cities across North America.
