Sep 24 2013 – Mental health (or well being) is an ideal we all strive to attain. It is a delicate balance of spiritual, mental, emotional and physical health existing in harmony. From caring relationships to a loving home; from a supportive community to a rewarding career; this and much more contributes to our overall mental health. Yet, the human face of mental health sometimes elicits undercurrents of destruction. Schizophrenia, Depression, Bipolar, Anxiety and Borderline Personality are just some of the mental illnesses that afflict millions of people everyday.
