Second Annual Festival Now Three Days!
WHO THE HELL IS BILLY is an annual festival that celebrates the traditions of country and bluegrass music as well as offshoots of both genres, while maintaining a DIY spirit within a non-commercial community of musicians and fans.
WHO THE HELL IS BILLY will showcase a wide range of Canadian artists at this year’s event, including the boogie-woogie hillbilly styling’s of Montreal’s ISRAEL PROULX, the traveling ragtime show of SHEESHAM & LOTUS and greasy, world traveling, hillbilly rocker BLOODSHOT BILL. Performers from across North America will also hit the wooden Hillbilly Heaven stage including Wisconsin based country traditionalist OWEN MAYS.
